Had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned Bentley. Car was exactly as represented. Bought based on photos and largely over the phone. We bought our car from Richard, who handles the retail side of the business. He was awesome (friendly, professional and easygoing). All the cars I saw in their facility looked extremely well taken care of, which tells me they are very selective about what cars they buy and sell.
