Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. This is the second Range Rover Sport I have purchased from AutoNation and Kenny Winston. Everyone was so nice and professional. Tyler was wonderful as the finance person. They made it a fun experience because they genuinely care about providing top notch service and do it in a very personable way that is truly customer centric. I also chose this dealership because of the customer experience I had received with my previous vehicle from the service department and especially George M. Kenny also assured me that my service did not end with the purchase. He has offered multiple times to go over the features of my new car anytime I needed to do so. I really appreciate that. I LOVE my new Range Rover and the futuristic cabin that I think can be found in a space ship.
