Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

I took two trains to get to Santa Barbara Auto Group to purchase a vehicle and that's because a couple of phone calls and e-mails from Rene Verbrugge and David Zoesch convinced me to do so. When I arrived I was promptly picked up at the train station by David and when we arrived at the dealership and I began the buying process I realized that not only were they going to meet my expectations but exceed them..which they did! I had my car towed last night after hitting a pothole and popping my tire. Called Audi Memphis and talked with Tracy this morning. Tracy indicated service was very busy but he would do the best he could to get me the same tire for my car. Tracy scrambled and got a tire that would normally take until the following Tuesday. He also made sure a recall was fixed on my car. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my car back same day after a last minute drop off.
