New and used 2025 Land Rover Defender for sale near Palm River-Clair Mel, FL

I had my car serviced last week at Crown Jaguar. Normal yearly maintenance. Sara Cribbs was my service advisor and has been for several years. She took excellent care of my car, even had it washed and vacuumed. I waited and was in and out in a little over an hour.

Everything from top to bottom was first class. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They were on time. The price was fair. I actually enjoyed the buying experience.

Had very positive experience with everyone at Land Rover Hilton Head. This was a complicated service request (complicated by me, not by LRHH), and I spoke with the Centre Manager (Stephen), Service Mgr (Vinnie), Service Coordinator (Kali), and Service Advisor, Leslie (who was especially helpful in keeping me informed about the progress of my service request. Leslie even enlisted Robert, the man doing the work on the vehicle, to explain what was happening. Overall excellent customer service by everyone on the team!

Smooth transition. Nice dealership. No high pressure up sale tactics. Definitely worth a look for a future purchase.

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

This was the fourth dealership that I had been to in less than a week. Ke’Andre came outside to greet me with open arms the minute I drove up. I explained that the other dealerships were not as warming. He took everything I said about the less than par experiences from the other places I had been to and turned my car buying experience into an incredible one. He is absolutely amazing, not just him but everyone that had a hand in my deal was fabulous. Thank you for turning this day in a positive one!
