The service was good. Everyone was pleasant , however they didn’t update my maps on my navigation system Subsequently I purchased a new XF & my salesperson was very friendly & pleasant throughout the whole process. She was very helpful explaining to me the features of the car. She has even sent me follow up emails asking how things were going & if I had further questions. I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience with the Jaguar dealership was excellent. I dealt with Emilia Calle who was my salesperson. She was very pleasant, courteous, very professional and accommodating.
