Everything went smoothly and quick. Just needed an inspection for potential repairs and they made it easy. Not much comfort in the waiting areas and only a few drinks to choose from.

Out of state buyer and had a great experience with Devin at Mark Motors. Bought a 458 Italia with A customer service. Price wasn't over inflated and was just right. When the car was delivered to me, there was a small curb rash on one of the wheel and a missing 2nd key, but Devin took care of that for me without question. Would definitely come back to shop for another exotic car in the future!

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

Today I decided to get a new car, so I dropped by and was immeditaley welcomed by MAX L. He walked me through all the different options that I had, and we picked one out within minutes. He was very professional, easy to talk with, and knew all the specs and technically with all the cars. I test drove the F Pace(my favorite) and decided that I wanted to purchase it! I worked with him, and then OSCAR M. to do all my paperwork. He was also very professional and we had a great conversation while getting all the numbers to meet what I was asking/hoping for! If you want to meet a warm group of people that’s not going to play games head here. Everyone was Amazing from Mr. Daniel, Mr Anthony, and Mr. Gregg. They answer all my questions with ease, transparency was on point and I appreciated their honesty. I made my decision within 15 minutes to purchase and paperwork was completed within 2 hours or less. If I forgot to mention anyone I apologize. The facility was immaculate. I only have great things to say. You will not be disappointed.

Salesperson was cool, didn’t push me into a decision. First Range Rover Sport, definitely will not be my last. Finance Department explained everything very throughly. I was in and out in probably an hour between paperwork and going over my new truck. 10/10 recommend these dudes
