Great dealership with great people! Some of the complaints about wanting to return a car after driving it off the lot make no sense. If a car is out of warranty, buy a warranty. It is that simple. The customer is not always right, and it is frustrating to see people unfairly bash a dealership full of hardworking professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my 911. It was sold as is, and when they offered me a warranty, I made the responsible choice and bought it. That is just part of being an adult buyer. The process was smooth and professional. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. My salesman rob Clauss was unbelievable. Fought for everything I got. Tail light had condensation inside it, the manager didn?t want to fix it. Mr.Clauss hit me a new tail light as well as an extra key 1,000$. Due to being a Military vet as Well as a Police Officer he was able to have the key ? free of charge.
