This dealership is top class. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and purchased, sight unseen, a 2024 Jaguar F-type. The general manager had the car detailed and parked in the show room when we arrived. Emily, our sales gal was so kind as were Tyler, Rob and of course Bill the GM who forwarded us the prior evening a video that he did of the car in the show room. This was a classy move on their part which I appreciated. When purchasing a high end vehicle like this car, this is the level of professional treatment a customer expects. Crystal was great, I went to the inspection because my husband couldn?t and all the information that I got was clear and easy to understand, they got in charge of a recall that was due on our car; also the location of this place is really convenient, right in front of rose pike so you don?t have to stay at the dealership for hours without nothing to do.

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

My service manager Tom M is amazing at West Columbia Land Rover. Both of my Land Rovers had to go in at the same time. They go one of them back in less than 12 hours (new alternator) of going in. Then other one was ready the next day.
