Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it). I wanted to get a car fairly quickly and knew what I was willing to spend. My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Took my Land Rover LR four and four engine check light was only found out it wasn’t nothing they get the check light out in the process when they finish they ended up doing a courtesy wash which I asked not to. When I came out and looked at my truck it had some marks on the two side black panels and they had Tarnish my front grill and the two side vents all four of my door covers. Went back inside and tolded the service person who was Scott Batwinas. And he went and got the service Manager. Between the two of them they was very polite and apologetic towards me and they fix the problem they did a really good job replacing the items on my truck.
