Employees were helpful and accommodating. I Don’t understand why a basic oil change should be so expensive. I have owned Lexus’ and Genesis’ where the cost was half the price. Help was great to deal with.

Probably the best Land Rover/Jaguar dealership i hsve ever been to. Personally its all about the staff and particularly Agnes Landowski. She listens. She is attentive and she gets things done! I don't think i will ever buy a car from anywhere else.

Eric Gaudi, the sales manager at CMC, went above and beyond in helping me to purchase this amazing SL-Class. Eric was very professional and accurate in describing the condition of the vehicle. I purchased this vehicle from Los Angeles based solely on the pictures and Eric's description. When the car arrived, I was amazed at how accurate the pictures and Eric's descriptions were. The entire process was easy and seamless, and I am eager to purchase more cars from this place and from Eric. Great job! Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. Last week I connected through cars.com with Hinsdale Land Rover had a great experience. My sales person was Agnes, she is amazing. She really took great care of me. I’m from out of state and had the whole deal worked out before I came in. The dealership is very easy to find .4 of a mile from the highway exit.
