I wanted to get a car fairly quickly and knew what I was willing to spend. My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Overall, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this dealership to my friends!

Kevin has been my service rep since I bought my Jaguar XF in 2012. He is a primary reason I love my car as much today as I did when I drove it out thirteen years ago. Jose Albanil recently assisted me with purchasing a used 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Because it was a brand new trade in, the vehicle was not available to view in person. However, Jose found it within 15 minutes of my inquiry and sent me a detailed video. With the video and printout of the original purchase order with all options and equipment Jose provided, I was able to make an educated decision and put down a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle for purchase. Being a used vehicle, I requested a pre purchase inspection at an independent Land Rover mechanic. Jose was kind enough to coordinate transport of the vehicle to and from the mechanic so I didn’t have to take additional time off work. Jose promptly addressed my questions, which included extremely minor feedback from the pre purchase inspection and loan processing information for insurance purposes. Throughout the entire process of securing a deposit, inspections, financing, and detailing, Jose kept me informed to ensure everything went smoothly. There was complete transparency of the price of the vehicle with no surprises at the end. Jose delivered on all the commitments made. Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it).
