My husband and I decided to take the risk and drive almost 2 hours to the dealership, and we were not dissapointed! Steve was our sales guy and he did everything he could along side his team to make my dream come true! They went above and beyond in every way they could. Crystal was great, I went to the inspection because my husband couldn?t and all the information that I got was clear and easy to understand, they got in charge of a recall that was due on our car; also the location of this place is really convenient, right in front of rose pike so you don?t have to stay at the dealership for hours without nothing to do.

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

He is extremely knowledgeable and provides guidance about your service requirements. He exceeded my expectations each time. I’ve had my service at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis in the past.
