Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. My sales professional was/ is Molly. She was amazingly helpful, pleasant and fun. I had been a Lexus owner for 20 years and wanted a change. I purchased the Subaru Forester based on the 93 rating from Consumer Reports and I expect the car to outlive me.

Marty Lucas did a fantastic job. He is very professional and friendly and has a ton of product knowledge. I would highly recommend seeing Marty if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Tony Griffith handled the financing and was also wonderful to work with. The whole experience was great and another highlight is we didn't have to deal with them having added packages on the vehicles.

I wanted to get a car fairly quickly and knew what I was willing to spend. My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Overall, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this dealership to my friends!

Probably the best Land Rover/Jaguar dealership i hsve ever been to. Personally its all about the staff and particularly Agnes Landowski. She listens. She is attentive and she gets things done! I don't think i will ever buy a car from anywhere else.

Last week I connected through cars.com with Hinsdale Land Rover had a great experience. My sales person was Agnes, she is amazing. She really took great care of me. I’m from out of state and had the whole deal worked out before I came in. The dealership is very easy to find .4 of a mile from the highway exit.
