This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

I was in the area on vacation and my fluid low light came on. I drove to this dealership and was met by Dan and Craig. Dan moved my car up to where he topped off the fluid canister under the hood. He was so polite and accommodating. Craig looked my interest in a Range Rover Evoque. I will wait on him to work his magic so that a deal can be made. Thanks everyone at this Cary dealership. Jose Albanil recently assisted me with purchasing a used 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Because it was a brand new trade in, the vehicle was not available to view in person. However, Jose found it within 15 minutes of my inquiry and sent me a detailed video. With the video and printout of the original purchase order with all options and equipment Jose provided, I was able to make an educated decision and put down a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle for purchase. Being a used vehicle, I requested a pre purchase inspection at an independent Land Rover mechanic. Jose was kind enough to coordinate transport of the vehicle to and from the mechanic so I didn’t have to take additional time off work. Jose promptly addressed my questions, which included extremely minor feedback from the pre purchase inspection and loan processing information for insurance purposes. Throughout the entire process of securing a deposit, inspections, financing, and detailing, Jose kept me informed to ensure everything went smoothly. There was complete transparency of the price of the vehicle with no surprises at the end. Jose delivered on all the commitments made. Jose- Thank you for making what can be a stressful and frustrating process- easy! I’d been searching for a very particular vehicle to meet my family’s needs and we’re excited for the adventures to come!
