I bought a 2020 RR Sport ATB from these guys... basically in between rides at Disney. I dealt with Kimberly Frickey, who was amazing. The whole deal was done via phone and text. She was so NOT sales-y, my wife and I kept waiting for her to transfer us to someone IN sales, haha. Turns out, it was her. But yeah. We agreed on a price. After Disney, we drove down and she had it detailed and ready to roll. No surprises. No up-charges. I signed a few papers (with Emily in finance - who was equally awesome). Hopped in and drove back to Arizona. By far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever hard. They even had my AZ plates overnighted to me so I didn't have to mess with the DMV... thank God. Oh, and I couldn't be happier with the car! Love it! Now if I could just end every family vacation with a new whip, I'd be set ;-)

I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 from LR Knoxville. I stopped in on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN to take a quick look at the truck and Keith Connatser was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time to look and he gave me his card and we began working the deal out via emails and phone calls. LR Knoxville was able to appraise my truck through pictures and descriptions and offered a very fair trade-in price for it. They gave me all the information I needed to secure financing and once I had the check in hand I was able to go to the dealership and pick up the truck no questions asked. Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover.
