Then when I was finally ready to purchase a used vehicle, Lorraine gave me the information I needed in regards of the car I was interested in. On a Monday I called and spoke with the Finance Department manager, Michelle, and again the experience was 10/10. Michelle answered all my questions. i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

I purchased a 2017 Bolt and was pleased with the professionalism of Dominik, the Internet Sales person. The whole process was straightforward and they made sure that I was satisfied. The point-of-sale rebates on the EV were all accomplished.

The new Range Rover hits the mark for luxury combined with durability and versatility. From driving around town to long road trips, it is an excellent vehicle.

⸻ Zach was very informative, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I do have one suggestion: if you’re selling EVs like Teslas to out-of-state customers, it would be helpful to deliver the vehicle with a full charge. Since Tesla’s Supercharger network cannot be used until the app is properly set up, it can create a challenge for first-time handoff. That said, I’m overall very happy with my purchase and appreciate the great service.

I’m in the process of removing my earlier review, because wow. Absolutely wow. Everything has changed. It took a bit to get all of this done, but after escalation, it was a whirlwind how quickly and seriously our problems were taken. Our Bolt was brought in twice, had $3000 worth of work done on it, complimentary alignment, and complete understanding and empathy from the service team. I think we had experienced a rare moment of falling through the cracks a bit, and when I got it to someone’s attention, they made sure we got right back out of that crack and more than taken care of. Any of the trust we lost, was gained back and then some. Their sales teams was already amazing, but the service team really went above and beyond for us. I know who we’ll be buying cars from for years to come that’s for sure. When you’ve dealt with the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to car dealerships, you know these places are rare, and it’s even more important that’s celebrated and recommended. Go see them! I promise, they do want to help you get in the best car they can, and will make sure it keeps running when they do.
