April is absolutley awesome to work with, from the first time we spoke and through the whole buying process from flying down there, having our jeep shipped to us and still after the delivery. She was either a phone call, a text or email away with any questions or concerns that I had even after hours. Had a very small problem with an insert on the wheels and how it was strapped down by the driver of the shipping company ( nothing April or Bayshore had done) she jumped right in not having to and had a replacement in the mail to us within a day. Good power, handling, heavy load carrying ability. I'm a big guy and the cabin is a bit tight primarily in width. Driving economy is good considering a Supercharged model giving about 23 MPG on a cross country trip and around 18-19 MPG city. It is enjoyable to drive and gives excellent all around visibility

i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

I contacted the dealer about a car I saw online. Received a response inviting me to take a test drive that weekend. I replied that I lived on the other side of the state and would not be able to come. The following Monday their General Mgr. emailed to see if he could help in any way. While I haven't purchased yet, I am impressed with them staying on top of my inquiry.

I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.

Great dealership with great people! Some of the complaints about wanting to return a car after driving it off the lot make no sense. If a car is out of warranty, buy a warranty. It is that simple. The customer is not always right, and it is frustrating to see people unfairly bash a dealership full of hardworking professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my 911. It was sold as is, and when they offered me a warranty, I made the responsible choice and bought it. That is just part of being an adult buyer. The process was smooth and professional. Do not let negative reviews from buy here pay here customers discourage you. This is a solid place to do business.
