During the buying process, they walked us through all of the available options, including the auto care packages, in a way that felt thoughtful and transparent — never pushy. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire experience not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. Even after the deal was done, the support didn’t stop. I had to bring my car back too many times for the same tire balancing issue. It was finally fixed. I don?t believe they were doing any quality inspections like test driving the vehicle to see if the issue was corrected.

Chris Lee was my sales guy and he did a great job of explaining my purchase. Service department there is excellent and Alex Pearson goes above and beyond to explain any service needed as well as what is needed immediately and what can wait. Great group of people.

Brad Bryant; manager was super sweet and assisted me with everything I needed. Phil was the finance manager, and he made everything work, and super sweet. I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!

The car was great! The salesman was very helpful also. When I got it home, I had a couple issues which the sales manager took care of right away! I will definitely consider buying another car from them!
