I was contacted by Ms Jessica Bell on a Friday via text as I had filled out information online the night before. Jessica and I talked and I told her my budget and what I was interested in seeing. I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. I had an emergency situation losing power steering. Luckily I was just down the street from the service department. It was late in the day but the service tech got back to me the next day with a video of the issue. They repaired it in short order.

He has hone above and beyond not only to advise me and help me with service of my BMW, but to make sure the treatment I received was impeccable. He is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. He has been so good with me over the years, that I even ask his advice regarding other cars(classic cars).
