For someone like me, who comes from very humble beginnings and used to count coins for the train/bus, making a purchase like this is a significant milestone—a dream realized through years of hard work and perseverance. Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it). We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

Asked for a price for a “new “ vehicle and trade for mine. Trade price was significantly lower than other dealers and they were selling a loaner vehicle and did not come off the sticker. I decided not to negotiate and just made an excuse to not buy. Did not need the hassle of negotiating. I expected a better total offer.

Once I arrived at the dealership everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately and my vehicle was serviced without an appointment! Thank you, keep up the good work

Easy to work with and delivery was fairly priced. Jeep is just what I was looking for.

James was extremely friendly and responsive throughout the process. Although I didn’t use the dealership for financing, I appreciate the stellar diligence and customer service that I experienced throughout the entire process. I will definitely be returning!!!!!!!
