Reached out about a car. They provided all answers I needed. We weren’t able to make it work for us, but they offered an above average trade in, and were responsive.

I was interested in a preowned Mercedes they had. I asked for some additional information and she responded very quickly. Very helpful and pleasant to work with.

This was the fourth dealership that I had been to in less than a week. Ke’Andre came outside to greet me with open arms the minute I drove up. I explained that the other dealerships were not as warming. He took everything I said about the less than par experiences from the other places I had been to and turned my car buying experience into an incredible one. This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!

Land Rover Palm Beach and Dean made leasing my Defender an easy and fantastic experience.
