I called inquiring about a vehicle. The salesman that took my call met my expectations from start to finish, which may sometimes be a challenging task, lol. He made me feel confident during the call and sent multiple detailed videos of the vehicle. The communication pertaining to the vehicle went on for 2 days. I called in on Thursday and due to my demanding work schedule, I wasn't able to make it to the dealership until that following Monday. Sales rep was great and knowledgeable about the car. Fairly easy experience over the phone, txtx, and in person?no pressure sales, rest of the team was easy to work with. Received all the information I needed up front so when I arrived at the dealership all I needed to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork.

I ended up not purchasing yet from this dealership but during my shopping process for a new Defender, they were awesome. Great consultants, not pushy and really advised me on the best option between new/used, lease/finance.

I live out of state and have been searching for a used 2020 M8 for months. My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Range Rover Sport from Scott Johnson in Sales. We live 2 hours north of Sacramento in Redding CA. We were able to easily negotiate the deal over the phone with a trade in and when we drove down to the dealership Scott had the vehicle and the paperwork all ready for us. We were in and out in 45 minutes Thank You Scott! Upon Delivery we noticed a minor repair that needed to be made by the service dept. I was contacted by Shannon in Service she was very polite and friendly and made arrangements for the driver to come up to Redding to pick up my vehicle make the required repair (headliner) not only did they accommodate me at my house by picking up the vehicle but left me with a very nice Jaguar F-Type as a service loaner. We ordered a new Range Rover and prepared for a 18-24 month wait. Donna Watkins at LR Houston North delivered the car in less than half the time other dealers quoted!! Unfortunately when our SUV arrived, I changed my mind about the color and asked her to place a new order. I don't know how she did it, but Donna delivered the new Range Rover in 3 months! She really knocked herself out to make the car exactly what I wanted and did so happily. We were not the easiest customers (to say the least) but Donna made the whole experience feel easy. She was truly FANTASTIC.

I was won over by the little things. During the VW Atlas test drive, even the floor mats were clean, and the glove box had tissues and insurance from the previous owner. Never seen anything like that. Says a lot about their high standards.
