When I bring my car in for its annual checkup or when there has been an issue with the car, the service has been first rate ? problem solved, quick turnaround, and my car is spotless when I pick it up. Scheduled my Outlander PHEV service online for 8:30 AM. Dropped the keys in the night box and picked it up the next morning. They changed the oil and filter, washed the car, and even printed a full diagnostic report. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Car looked spotless—wheels detailed, coffee hot, and I worked from their quiet lounge using fast Wi-Fi.

This platform doesn’t let me update my last review so I have to write a new review. Chris who is a very nice guy from the service called me and scheduled an appointment the soonest he could and he also promised a rent a car paid by them as a loaner while they have the car! My original message a few hours before the second call by Chris: Their service department is horrible. I called today because the AC on my brand new car is not working. It is 120 degrees outside in Woodland Hills. Soraya, the service agent, told me that they don’t have a loaner available till mid October! When I said, it would be fine and I will drop the car if it can be done in one day. She said it will be for a couple of days or more and they couldn’t give me a loaner either. When I asked that jaguar is basically telling me that they cannot do anything for me even though it is super hot outside and not having AC basically means not being able to drive the car, her answer was “yes, we can’t do anything about it”!!! Just imagine, you need your car on a daily basis, and the AC is not working, and they would tell you to drop your car there and stay without the car for few days until they decide to fix your car!!! Terrible customer service!
