Since I was seeking a rare used car, I bought this car online with only a FaceTime view ( I had test driven one prior but missed out on buying it). Mike did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process via text, which I appreciated. I even received a video of the final inspection, detailing everything that was completed and highlighting other areas of concern.
