I was very impressed and delighted how I was treated throughout the process of acquiring my new Jaguar vehicle 3 weeks ago. I thank Jose Albanil, Sales Professional, for assisting me during this journey. Jose was very responsible and professional. He was very courteous upon my arrival to the dealership. He was always available to answer all of my questions. Never felt pressure by him into buying my new vehicle. Even after I acquired my vehicle , weeks later, Jose has been there to assist. We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

This is the second Range Rover Sport I have purchased from AutoNation and Kenny Winston. Everyone was so nice and professional. Tyler was wonderful as the finance person. They made it a fun experience because they genuinely care about providing top notch service and do it in a very personable way that is truly customer centric. I also chose this dealership because of the customer experience I had received with my previous vehicle from the service department and especially George M. Kenny also assured me that my service did not end with the purchase. He has offered multiple times to go over the features of my new car anytime I needed to do so. I really appreciate that. I LOVE my new Range Rover and the futuristic cabin that I think can be found in a space ship. LOL However, it is nice to know that there is a team of caring professionals that stand behind the car not just up to purchase but after as well.
