I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. In the interest of fairness, I wanted to follow up on the negative review I left on Dec 20, 2022. The dealership, specifically Shaun A reached out to me and apologized for the miscommunication and inconvenience they put us through. And after some discussion, he agreed to lower the price of the the Edge that we were interested in by $500. It was an overall good deal and my wife and I accepted the offer and completed the sale that same day. No issues with the sales process and the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently.

Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

Got 2 yr lease on Eiger Gray 2020 Velar p340 R-Dynamic S with full black package, including wheels...very pricey vehicle, with $13K+ in options...but i luuuv it...appearance and drive are stunning...that said, the "sport command" driving position is an issue, cannt get driver's seat high enough, but it goes low enough that you can't see over the dash...lol...also the B-pillar is very thick, as is the passenger seat headrest, so making left turn at T intersection is challenging...but i'm at 2 yrs now, and will probably do the lease end purchase option...also had it valued at JLR dealer yesterday and they would their purchase offer was only 63% of MSRP, with 13,500mi...LOL...and they wanted to sell me a 1-yr old Defender for 100% of MSRP...makes no financial cents (sic)...

this car is everything we have been looking for in a new car it was reasonably priced and has all of the bell and whistles you want in a new car.

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

So far everything is going well . It drives great very smooth ride .so far the gas mileage is on point. All of the features on the interior are well designed.

Hospitality. Not something one expects to find at a car dealership. Hospitality is a feeling and you will feel it at One Legacy Motors. My sales person Tremayne was kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I also dealt with the sales manager and the General Manager who were both genuinely good people. I came in looking for a car and it was great and I bought it. That is nothing out of the ordinary. I love the car. Awesome. The thing that stands out to me was the character of the team here and how much they all seemed to enjoy what they do. I got a fair deal and was dealt with honestly and professionally. Beautiful style. Best looking SUV out there. Back seat leg room a bit snug for such a large vehicle. Electronics buggy. Shuts down completely occasionally. Takes a few minutes with car turned off before it will reboot. Great looking interior. It drives & feels larger than it is.

Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

I’m in love 🥰 it’s so beautiful, it has so many features I love how I can set my cruise and it will slow me down and speed up with out shutting off my cruise on high way !! I love how the handles on the doors go in to lock and Back out to unlock ! it drives like a dream!! 💭 it’s got lots a space for my two kiddos a nice big trunk ! You will love it !!
