I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! The kindness and knowledge and down right common decency and a acknowledgment for my time was mind blowing! I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else but Leif Johnson Ford In Austin!! I went to this dealer to take a yearly service. While I was waiting, I wanted to get a trade in value for my 2020 Benz GLC 300. I met Erica at sales. She was exceptionally good and knowledgeable. She showed 2 or 3 models and gave me good price. I traded old one to new 2025 GLC. When I drove the new car, I found out new model did not have the option of distronics option that I needed. When I called her back, she did her best to find the car that has that option. I went back to change to another 2025GLC with more options. She did lots of extra work to get this done. I really appreciate her work. If any one who is interested to buy the Mercedes Benz, I strongly suggest to see Erica at sales. Thank you Erica.

This car met all my needs. Has a lot of leg room. Comfy and cozy for road trips or just for back and fourth. Back seat the perfect side for small kids or big kids. Rides very smooth with Bluetooth or usb.

The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

My land rover evoque has been amazing I have owned for over 5 years and it drives and feels the same as it did the day we bought it

Great for family, out door adventures, and just luxury driving. Lots of room and storage features. Very smooth driving, 4wd gets you anywhere. Fold out Jumper seats with seat belts for extra travelers. The only thing all my Land Rovers had in common was the Power steering was the first major repair.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

This is a very safe vehicle and will not tip over can't say that all SUV's vehicles. Gets good gas mileage ,water can't get inside up to 26 inch's ,the traction goes were needed I love that.

This is the most amazing and comfortable car I've ever driven, and it's mine! The comfort, options and gorgeous design checks every box. Greatest car I've ever owned!!!
