This is my second 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged. In 2006 I bought a new one. Sold it in 2015. Switched to pickups. Today I own a 2019 Benz C300 Sports Coupe, and a 2020 Range Rover HSE Long Wheel Base. In 2021 got my another 2006 RR Sport Supercharged with 101K miles for $8000. It had small issues but nothing too expensive once I changed a couple fuses and a new battery. I bought it from a wealthy businessman who babied the car. It was going to be my off road wk end fix the house work truck and for surf trips. We Drove up and down the coast of California, each drive about 2000miles non stop. Huntington Beach California to Vegas 1100miles many times too. Rain, snow, HEAT, Rivers, Off road Up and Down Hills. I do complete oil changes every 3000miles and fix small things when it happens, replaced spark plugs once since I've owned it and a 1 ignition coil, brake pads, new Michelin tires from Costco, air filters and soon new rotors. Check the fuses, replace a few parking sensors and unclog the a/c and sunroof drainage pipe. And re-attach backup light wires. And yet Even with my Mercedes C300 Sports Coupe that is more nimble and fuel efficient, I prefer my Range Rovers... It's the driving comfort and feeling the weight. I feel happy driving them hahahahah..... So if you want a 2006 RRS, expect to pay about $3000 upfront at an independent mechanic to fix things that weren't done by the previous owner. Watch a lot of DIY YouTube videos. change oil every 3000, rotate tires every 4000miles, pump tires every 4-5 days... Once all done, the car will last. Depending on my mood, I'll drive my 06 for wks because the supercharged feel is AWESOME....

I took a gamble, it had extensive rust damage. I’m into my 3rd year, this gem had 89k at purchase. Now at 135000 and I have to say that this has been simply the best SUV I’ve ever owned. There has been no major issues at all! The performance, the look, the compliments are unbelievable! The newer ones are business models but the 2011 is the brand!

The manager Mr. Henry is a reliable man. I bought the car last week and there was a problem about the engine since the car is kinda old. He proactively offered me help and let me have the car repaired in Indiana and the expense was cover by them. I believe they have a standard of retailing used cars since the interior is all kept so well. Actually I was recommended by roommate to have a look in here since he bought a X5 here before. I USE MY TRUCK FOR SLEEPING, OFF ROADING, DRIVING FAMILY (7 SEAT VERSION) AND TOWING A HORSE and general commuter to the horse farm where I board. I love my truck. I would buy another in a heartbeat, if they offered the same truck.. Sadly, not. This is the best model and year fro this version and I will keep it forever.

Absolutely love this car. Kids 3rd row works well and OK for adults over short distances. Great trunk space as tail gate is not angled like other vehicles. High end options such as cooled seats and even heated 2nd row seats. AMAZING in the snow, good mileage. Driven >90K miles, always used Landrover for servicing which has been ~$300 per year except when brakes and tires needed. Only issue was within first year with sticking tailgate which the dealer promptly resolved. Otherwise a great car. Highly recommended!

I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I owned a 03 disco, that had close to 200k before an accident totaled her, it still looked great inside and , everything besides seat heater still worked, I towed my 22 ft speedboat about 15 to 20 times a summer up to 500 miles a trip, 4 wheeled alot, not just easy dirt road driving either, took it snowboarding all over WV,PA,VT, once through a blizzard, Snowshoe got 26 in that night, went on like it was a dry summer night, I recently bought a mint one owner 75k original mileage, 04 disco, dealer maintained, pretty much all original besides head gasket job at 70 k, that was also the only major repair on my 03, best purpose built suv ever, the LR3 and 4s are nice but beat a disco II

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

bought this car in 2018 in the first year had problems with the engine and emission system. Heat shield underneath the car made noise for a few months before the deal finally found a solution . The engine got a crack around the 45k mark and Landrover replaced the engine. Ever since then I have had no problems except for routine maintenance with this car and just hit the 105k mark.

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

Very capable and comfortable truck. The 07-09 models are the most reliable. I've had mine for a little over 2 years and the only major repair it's needed is replacing the rusted brake lines - something any 16 year old truck would need anyway. Air suspension is amazing. 4wd works great on the beach. Good for pulling trailers, boats, jetskis. Plenty of space for dogs, camping, off-roading equipment.... And they're cheap! There are also tons of modifications available and a plethora of information all over the internet.

I recently picked up a 2010 LR4 16 months ago. The visibility is great. It just floats along and is super comfortable to drive for hours at a time. Bad snowstorm? Just run winter tires and turn the terrain dial....its unbelievable! Going off road? Raise the suspension by pressing a button, turn that terrain dial and have fun. It looks sweet and hauls anything I've thrown at it. It handles well for its size and no its not a sportscar, but its no slug either. Lots of power when you need it. A bit hard on gas but respectable as long as you treat the gas pedal with respect. Regular maintenance with no exceptions and so far, so good.

So sad they quit making this vehicle. The redesign is awful. They took what they had that was classic square styling and cooped it so it looks just like three quarters of the vehicles out there. They really blew it. Im passing down my 2010 to my college daughter and so wish I could buy a new one. Instead searching for a 2016 with low miles. Land Rover, you deserted your enthusiast.

2016 Land Rover LR4, FIRST OWNER. 40,000 km. Regular oil change and brake work. New battery after 3 years. Since then nothing but oil changes. Solid as a rock. Suspect the battery depleted was due to automating stop start and not turning off the lights when vehicle is stopped. Even the electronics work perfect, do not have any problem till now

BLUF: I've decided she's a keeper! I've always wanted a Double RR, but was leasing a '16 Grand Cherokee. Anyways after taking a financial planning course I decided not to renew my lease and purchase my 2009 Range Rover Sport HSE with 111k/mls cash for $9,500. I was VERY impressed when the guy (that I found on OfferUp) rolled up...I was smiling from ear to ear! I love it and I've gotten a hand full of compliments since (I mean a lot less than the newer Jeep) but I think that is about to change. Around my 1-year mark I decided to fully commit to the vehicle. And as a man who struggles with commitments, that is saying a lot. To prove it, I decided to have her repainted to my 'dream' car color! Anyways, some of the things that influenced this decision was... Mine has that Logic sound system, which is extremely impressive....I'm probably still going to upgrade the audio anyways. Oh but it only has blue tooth for the phone, not music, so I ended up getting a bluetooth adapter wire ran that has to connect to the rear Aux Port ($150). As for flaws, the first and obvious if you are researching this vehicle's issues, is the fact that the Air Suspension sucks...I'd imagine it's like driving an 18-wheeler in Sports Mode. Mine has been stuck in 'normal-drive-only-mode' since I bought it...but if I manage to ignore the light and occasional beep, I'll survive. The non-dealership mechanic said the airbags needed to be replaced (>$1k) but from what I understand, most people just replace the whole system with springs at some point anyways. The Tire Sensor light is also always on (even after I've had the sensors for the individual tires checked...spare is still questionable if there is one in there or not) so I ignore that light as well. Anyways it's 2347 and Murder She Wrote has been off for hours....time for bed! Positives - Classic Range Rover look - I fit in it (I'm tall...6'4) - Plenty of space in back for the dogs - Sunroof - Sound System - Plenty of YouTube Repair Videos - Misc. Options/Buttons galore! Negatives - Suspension - Thermostat ($40 replaced myself) - Starter ($800) - Battery ($180) - Paint Job ($1000 MAACO "Special" - there was a lot of CA sun damage....plus I wanted to change the color!)
