I just bought a 540i from Josh Smith. Josh is a class act, a wealth of knowledge and a relationship builder vs. pushy sales person. Five stars for Josh. Working with Lea in the F&I office left a lot to be desired which is why I’m leaving four stars. She is standoffish, rude and not a pleasant person to work with. I was within a minute of pulling the plug on the deal and went to Motorwerks from dealing with her. I had to swing by the service department today to top off the coolant. Was in and out in five minutes.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

My wife and I worked with Amy Mattick to lease two new BMWs, a 2023 X5 and a 2023 M4. We went over the details of the X5 lease on a Zoom call and signed documents via DocuSign. I have owned my 2019 Land Rover Discovery SE since 2020 and have not had any major issues with the vehicle. I now have over 50K miles on it and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. The Cadillacs and BMWs that I have owned in the past were constantly at the OVM dealerships for issues covered under warranty. This vehicle only had one problem with the Pano Roof shade that was replaced under warranty. Other than that, no other issues. It’s been a very pleasant ownership experience overall. The vehicle has the Supercharged V6 engine. It is my understanding that’s also a critical factor for top reliability. Excellent power when you need it. One last thing to mention is that off-road, this vehicle is fantastic. I put larger off-road tires on it and it has been a very fun and capable off-road vehicle and family cruiser. Best of both worlds. I would recommend this vehicle all day.

This car so far meets all of our needs. Plenary of room for the whole family to travel where needed. So many bells and whistles that we still need to figure out but, an amazing car.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

The ride, capabilities, comfort and features simply dont exist on any other suv for the money. Ride quality is luscious...yay air suspension. Power is plenty. Quiet as a library with every safety feature..And gas mileage is not bad. Blows away the german or Asian versions at this price.

Came in New Year's Eve to have a clutch recall addressed and an oil leak looked at. A few hours later I was on my way, recall done and oil leak fixed. Raxem lets you know up front what the cost will be before they go ahead with the work and he returns your car to you cleaner than when you brought it in thanks to a complementary hand wash. And it's all done with a smile. Pretty much the same people are still here in service (and sales) as when we bought my FIAT three years ago. In a business where employment lifespan is measured in months and sometimes weeks, that says volumes about the people and the business that employs them.

Under the radar vehicle. 355 HP So power is plenty strong. Feels solid and safe and a bargain compared to RR Sport. Not everyone wants a Defender with big tire on the rear. This Discovery is a great SUV with capabilities galore.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

My Defender is very fun to drive. The interior is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The exterior styling gets lots of attention and I am constantly getting guys coming over and asking to take a look. I have the P400 engine and it has lots of power and I love the growl it makes when I step into the gas. If your looking for a vehicle that feels like a luxury car on the inside but can still go off roading with ease this is the one.

I absolutely love this car!! Bought mine used, but garage kept, and it has not disappointed me. There was some damage to the interior, but the overall function is supreme. This car also has the speed, capability and reliability anyone needs, and it was very affordable.

Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

This car met all my needs. Has a lot of leg room. Comfy and cozy for road trips or just for back and fourth. Back seat the perfect side for small kids or big kids. Rides very smooth with Bluetooth or usb.
