finance is usually the longest part of the car buying experience. Technology has sped things up at Northside Lexus. I spend more time at a restaurant.

Had to go in for routine service and it was such a wonderful process. Like the full transparency provided and my Service Advisor David was awesome. Another thing I appreciated was the video provided of my vehicle while in service and recommended services to keep my Lexus in top notch condition.

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. 4star not 5 because of a past service visit when they said I needed breaks. My husband, who is mechanic, said he didn?t see why. It?s never been mentioned by the service department again. My latest service was great when I bought my car that was good too.

All maintenance performed was in a timely manner and the service department do a great job getting your car in and out fast. Louis Hernandez was very helpful in this process!

Herb walked us through buying our daughters first car. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. We have never had such a smooth and pleasant time purchasing a new or used vehicle. Brent in finance got us over the line in what seemed record time. We would 100% recommend using this dealership.

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new.
