This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Pain free experience, car was clean almost new like and dealership detailed and serviced the car like a luxury brand should, electronic paperwork was a breeze to follow and fill out.

Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H.
