Very professional team from the sales person(Maynel Garcia) to financing and management, I did not feel like they were trying to make the sale it felt like a good experience for me, I got the right vehicle according to what I needed, and everything was accurate and the process went smoothly

This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

I purchased my new 2025 Lexus LX 700h Sport and traded in my 2023 Lexus GX . My husband n I walked in to the Lexus at Pembroke Pines dealership just to look at the Lexus LX and check prices, we were not planning to buy a car that day anyhow, a salesperson name Fred approached us and helped us to look at the LX that was available in the property. Fred was so patient and so prompt to answer whatever questions we might have . Fred was with us thru out the day and helping us if we wanted to trade in my GX . We finally decided to trade in my car for the Lx so it was time to crunch in numbers ( you know how that goes back n forth 😂) Fred understood that in our behalf we were trying to get the best numbers n what we wanted to pay monthly on our LX . Fred went back n forth to his manager until manager gave us a great deal what worked for us . I can say from my experience Fred and also the manager that was with Fred went above n beyond our expectations. Our experience with Fred was phenomenal and he is so polite and explained every detail on the LX n showed me how the safety n display features worked. We was so pleased and happy with our salesperson to the end . At the end he made sure we was pleased with the car .
