Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

I purchased a used 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring. I took an extended test drive before deciding to purchase vehicle. Amazingly there was no pressure to buy. After purchase, some items were corrected quickly at a convenient (for me) time. Atmosphere, sales, and service facilities are clean and very pleasant to wait in while business ia addressed. Definitely an excellent shopping experience!

Initially they gave our trade-in a much higher Kelley Blue book rating than other dealerships, along with a terrific warranty for a pre-owned car, new tires & they give you lifetime oil changes and free car washes. Our visit to the service department the other day was for a nail in our tire which our tire warranty took care of and while there a problem with our battery was discovered and future problem averted because of their discovery. Scott Fielding was our service agent and he was pleasant and helpful as all their service and sales people have been. Germaine has the most pleasant waiting area serving coffee, sodas, yummy snacks and my favorite tazo chai tea. We have recommended Germain Lexus of Naples too many people because of our satisfaction with our vehicle purchase and service there.

We went to the pre-owned lot to look at a 2019 Jeep Cherokee we found online. Ron Nickens was very professional, nice, easy to talk and over a nice guy. After taking the car for a test drive, I was interested and there were a few minor cosmetic issues amd he was more than happy to do what he could to take care of it. After a little negotiations we came to a price we could agree to. Ron has been a very good person, and followed up, made sure to get the cosmetic issues taking care of It had only one key fob, I ordered one and he is making sure to get it programmed there at no cost.
