When we came home our neighbors were asking us if we had won the lottery because we drove home with a beautiful BMW X5 and a handsome Mercedes E350 cabriolet. They are in perfect smooth like new running condition and super clean inside. Pass MD inspection with flying colors. Thank you PJ, Cameron, Gazal and all the mechanics and porters. They were all really nice and their customer service exceeded our expectations. I’m attaching pix of our dream cars 😂. I normally don’t give reviews but I’m compelled give one to this dealership. I see a lot of reviews in here saying they are not pushy well obviously they don’t need to be pushy salespeople because their cars and prices speaks volume. Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I love this car. I have owned my car for 3 years now and it still performs well. With required maintenance you should have no problems at all.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

I have owned it for barely two months and I'm so in love with virtually everything both the exquisite interior and the bougous exterior linings, it's a great car and its worth every penny. I will highly recommend it for anyone wanting a classic and comfort laced car for a change.

So I bought a low mileage 2013 car from Nine Stars Auto group from far, far away from Virginia. Kamran was a great sales person and kept me informed throughout the process. I hired a company called Pomcar to perform an inspection, which was excellent, by the way, and I would highly recommend them as well. They sent pictures of the car, tires, brakes, etc, and test drove the car. The only problem they found was a small crack on the front spoiler. I figured "heck, the car is 12 years old and if that's the only problem, that's no big deal" and planned to just have it repaired when it arrived. After the Pomcar inspection, I made a small down payment with a credit card, and Kamran sent the paperwork to be signed and arranged for transport at a very reasonable cost. As soon as the paperwork was complete, they shipped the car which arrived the next day. When I was inspecting the car after transport, I looked for the crack in the spoiler...but I couldn't find it. It was dark at the time, so I figured I just was missing it. The next day, I still couldn't find it. I texted Kamran, and asked it they had fixed it...and they HAD! I didn't ask for them to repair it or expect them to...that is ABOVE AND BEYOND! In addition, HE NOTICED the check I sent was $500 too much (I didn't take the credit card down payment into account) and refunded the difference. Again, I didn't ask for that! Sadly, you don't always get that kind of integrity from car salesmen nowadays. So I put these guys at the top of my list and would definitely use them again! Everything was super smooth and they proved themselves trustworthy and went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you Kamran!

I purchased my car in December 2006. If this car could talk...we've been on some adventures! Repairs can be expensive without a warranty but as fair as looks and performance...I'm still rolling smoothly in 2024! I plan on keeping my car until the wheels fall off...no car note has spoiled me!

No service issues with this car. Regular oil change and scheduled maintenance. At 164k miles. Quit ride; smooth handling; beautiful leather interior. By all means, my favorite car of all time.
