Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. Though I live out of state, I will definitely contact them if I am ever in the need for another automobile. Outstanding customer relations. Strong people skills. Made ever effort to obtain requested information. Provided transportation to the bank so that I could obtain a cashiers check to close the sale since I had left my check book at home. The auto that I was interested in sold the day before my meeting with John. He was able to find 3 comparable vehicles and sold my wife and I one.

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. ABZ is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The entire experience was great and all the staff were kind and friendly. We never felt pressured or stalked like a typical dealership. Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. Christian and Leo made sure all of our concerns were addressed. ABZ went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience.
