Joven was excellent. The service reps are always good. Joven is actually superstar! My only issue with Lexus is their tech. First, I was contacted to come in for service when I just came in month before, so this push for service should have shown up in their system that it was not due. Second, why can’t you put your DL info and insurance info for loaner cars in the app before arrival? It’s a hassle pulling out the insurance card and having to make sure they return it before you leave. Simplify!

Sometimes when buying a car it feels like you?re surrounded by sharks. That was not the case here with Andrew, he really took the time to explain everything and for lack of a better word hold my hand through the process. I am beyond happy with my service from him and from Rudy from finance as well. Everything felt easy, and effortless. I?ll definitely be recommending them to everyone.

When we first came our sales rep was not the best; luckily we got a new sales rep Brandon who was great and did an amazing job with a speedy process while still being kind and respectful to us. This dealership ended up working with us and giving us a great day; Rudy in the finance department was very knowledgeable and great with his process for us too! He was able to get us a few more discounts as well they really took the time to prioritize us so even though we had a rocky start with the first guy the rest of the crew was there to pick up slack and make it happen to us.

I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal.
