They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. Van Lim is our sale person, we had bought the 2025 LEXUS RCF FINAL EDITION few months ago with Van and we have to come back again for this 2025 GX LUXURY+ because Van is the best sale person, very helpful very kind very honest, he would respond to us even on his day off or he ready on vacation he will let us know so we don?t feel like we?re left behind while our vehicle in transit, even though we live in Az we still rather pay extra for transportation to deliver the vehicle to us because of the best customer service, ZERO HASSLE, STRESS FREE .
