So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. We just bought a car at Mt Kisco Lexus Darcar. The sales associate, Jose De La Cruz, was top notch. If you shop there, make sure you ask for him. The dealership has its quirks for sure, but it's a good place to buy a car, and Jose will be on your side.

I unexpectedly needed service on a Sunday on my Mercedes I went to Mercedes of Massapequa and initially met Sam in the back service department He was extremely helpful and then guided me to the main service department I met Julia Collagy there and she immediately helped me to get my service issue resolved Julia was so kind and helpful She quickly took my information and entered all my information into the service data base With in about 20 minutes called me to notify the repair was completed and totally fixed I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and sincere kindness Julia is a tremendous asset to your dealership Mark Costanzo
