I highly recommend Lexus of Lehigh Valley. I purchased a 2023 RX 350 hybrid without ever sitting foot in the dealership. I live in the Washington DC area and they provided door-to-door home delivery service at no extra charge. My customer experience manager was James Kelly and he was extremely responsive and fair. Most of all this was the easiest car purchase transaction I have ever completed and I have bought many cars over my life. No pressure for add-on items and no dealer mark ups. They drove my new car from their dealership to my home, and two technology proficient professionals showed us every feature of the car - Bluetooth pairing of the mobile phone set up of the garage door opener, explained all the features and settings, set up Apple CarPlay and the Lexus mobile app. And they patiently explained everything to us. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

He is professional, knowledgable and very amiable. No high pressure sales pitch...just a wealth of knowledge regarding the inventory, and an appreciation of customer circumstances. In the end, we purchased a used RX350, plus an unexpected bonus of a sweet CT200hybrid for a great price! This dealership gives fabulous pricing from the start, so there isn't much incentive to haggle. In addition, when purchasing L-certified vehicles, the cars are in splendid condition, and there is the amazing bonus of free carwashes for the life of the car! What a brilliant Perk!
