Tori, Ryan and John of Metro Lexus did the unthinkable: they made buying a new car fun. I don't mean just having fun driving away in a shining new car at the end of the process. I mean the entire process, even including dealing with the paperwork and paying for the car. A special part of this was when Ryan "introduced" me to my new NX by having team members literally cheer and shout "Congratulations!" as I saw my new car for the first time. That caught me completely by surprise and I've never heard of any other dealer doing anything quite like it. In the future, I will gladly give my highest recommendation to any and all about Metro Lexus in general and about Tori, Ryan and John in particular.

His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.
