I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

It does go through fuel, in part because the engine performance is so strong and fun. I have the OT plus trim and really like it, the nori green color in person is fantastic. Don't notice the hood fluttering.. I wish the gas tank was bigger.

Sales person (Yakila) is very good in taking care of customer. But his supervisor may not be interested in closing the deal as she didn't want to negotiate. I am still looking to buy the car.

I owned an Overtrail plus for 7 months and sold it. The car is beautiful on the outside but the inside could use some work especially at the mid 80k price point. Off-road capability was pretty good but no better than what Ive had in the past. The seats aren't very comfortable theres no way to sugar coat it. If you read forums a complaint is the mediocre massage which is a function of this trim level and that if you have the massage feature on it makes the heated aspect almost obsolete. The new GX sadly had the worst heated seats of any vehicle I have ever owned and you can read the many complaints across forums about this as well. Being 6’4” and an athlete my back tenses up driving for periods of time so at the least a good heated seat is needed. The interface to use certain functions also could be confusing for people who are tech savy. There are small nuances throughout the car and I dont think the hype was worth it. Would I suggest it for someone else, probably but it just wasnt the right car for me. Ohh some trim pieces melt in the sun as well which you can also google or look up in forums.

2024 GX redesign is fantastic. Exterior styling is beautiful and the interior finish and technology is typical Lexus, and second to none. The engine is quick and responsive. The ride is luxurious and quiet.

I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am and was with the entire process from my initial call to Bruno Corvers at Tallahassee BMW, I myself am, a retired Auto Dealer and this was my first buying expierence as a consumer, and I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and they introduced me to one of the service writers, upon my arrival to take delivery of my 26 X7, her name is Jessica, and she probably spent 15 minutes with us just describing the service experience we will get from the Service Department, the Financial Services Manager Manager Michael Johnson was very helpful and professional, the entire process was WONDERFUL…….

I?m not sure how I didn?t notice the air compressor during the test drive but regardless, I bought the car and I do love it so far! To be fair Alex did mention a noise from the AC but again I didn?t hear it during the test drive.

I highly recommend Everett Infiniti of Central Arkansas!! Matt, Easton, and Justin were so friendly! Not once did we feel any of them were pushy! Very helpful from start to finish! Matt met us at the door with a smile and within minutes had the exact car we were looking for pulled right up to the curb for us. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did not make us feel rushed at all! He also stayed late to go over all the bells and whistles on my car which meant a lot! Once we had found the perfect car, an Infinite QX 60 Autograph, Easton was super nice and welcoming and Justin did a great job on the finance end of things. It was a quick and speedy process! This is a different car buying experience. The sales reps are on a different level of customer service. Makes you want to drive a porsche for life just for the service.
