Love the luxury of Lexus as I had previously owned one. Car has already exceeded my expectations! Drives and handles like a brand new car. Was fully detailed upon arrival to pick it up. Plan to have this car for a long time. When I need another I’ll be calling Matthew again!

My biggest gripe with the car is it does not have the performance of my previous 2001 IS300. Lexus could have used a more performance oriented engine. Otherwise, very reliable, trouble free, and handles very well on the road.

Had a great service on my truck. Everything was fixed at a timely manner and everything was fixed without any problems or concerns. Would go there again.

I got the car for reliability and comfort while driving around and taking customers out. Great look and feels. Performance is great in sport mode and equally as good in eco mode.

The car has been as advertised. If you know what to expect from the car you will be very happy with it. Its not the 350 so why complain about the performance when it was never meant to be a screamer. You get a great car with some power that will run forever. Its my firs Lexus but wont be my last.

Felix and Mina were great! I called in at about 10:30am and Felix got me the info I needed immediately and was able to test drive 30min after our call. I explained to Mina on our test drive I was crunched for time and he got me off the lot in my new car in approximately 45 mins! I thought I was only going to have time for a test drive but these guys made everything happen that was needed for me to get into my new ride. It was hands down a great overall experience and I definitely recommend everyone to give these guys a visit if you’re looking for a car. He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

We were looking to replace my wife’s vehicle and went to a couple of different places looking for a vehicle. Schrier was the only dealership we went to that actually addressed her about a vehicle (it was for her after all). While they did not have a vehicle on the lot that met our needs, they spent several days looking for one and communicating with us about options. After a few days they found something that they could get from out of state that looked good on paper, but would take several days to get on-site. Our sales person (Stewart), did a great job of communicating with us and providing timely updates. The vehicle was delivered to them, but there was a discrepancy on what they had been told (and told us) and what was delivered. We were able to discuss and in the end made a deal that we believe was fair. Chuck (sales manager) and Stewart were both very personable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. In fact, they said they would rather not make a sale than have us be unhappy with a vehicle or the process. In summary, we believe we were treated well, communicated to well, had a fair negotiation, and were delivered an excellent vehicle. We will absolutely check with Schrier again when we are ready for our next vehicle.
