He clearly has long term experience, and this shows in how he conducted our transaction. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership seemed to know and respect him a great deal, which gave us further confidence. The car business is not an easy one, and no one person can change that. Although my service took over three hours, and nobody gave me an update as to why it was taking so long, at the end, it was a very positive experience in terms of my technician, Shijil. He explained everything to me and was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Please however, update your customers if there’s going to be an extremely lengthy service time, longest than was initially told to the customer.
