Luis texted me later in the day & I told him what I was willing to pay as long as I qualified for 3.99% Lexus credit & he responded 10 minutes later & said manager will accommodate you. I went in at 6 pm & drove away at 8:30 with my wife?s new RX. Staff was very friendly & not pushy I would definitely buy my next vehicle from them in the future.

Pain free experience, car was clean almost new like and dealership detailed and serviced the car like a luxury brand should, electronic paperwork was a breeze to follow and fill out.

He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. The mechanic guy, super nice and friendly, his name is Kelvin, came and talks to us about our trade and he give us a reasonable price on our trade, plus he brought us some cold water bottles for us as we waiting for our final person that we needed to talks to in regarding our purchase.
