Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

The Lexus IS 350 F Sport has been a great car! It does a great job in the winter and the only downside is the clearance. But I can’t complain about the car, it has been great. It sounds good when you get on it and it’s quick. Not sure about 3 seconds quick like the gentleman in the other review and I’m almost certain he is a little high. But I plan on buying another Lexus just might try a different model. Plus I’m not as slim as I use to be.

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

My experience with Curry Acura was positive and wonderful! The staff members were courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to introduce themselves and offer any assistance with questions we had about the Acura MDX. Stephen the product specialist was particularly attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. He did not rush us nor was he pushy in any way. Stephen spent a lot of time walking us through the technology features of the MDX and everything the vehicle had to offer. He also ensured we had everything ready to go so that when we arrived, we just had to sign the papers and go. This is my 2nd IS350 Model! Coming from a 2006 model, I've upgraded to a 2014 back in 2020! This time, I got myself a 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport w/ the Mark Levinson Package! Guys, Straight to the point, first off, if you're looking for a overall reliable luxury car while being sporty, THIS IS IT! LISTEN, its not the complete fastest car on the block, but it can pull! Since Lexus didnt change the engine since 2006, Parts are definitely cheap. My 2006 was at 220k trouble free miles, my current 2014 has 176k miles, guess what, NO ISSUES! If you're looking into this car. Here are my tips! 1. Mileage. Don't worry too much about mileage, It's a Toyota at the end of the day. Pay more attention to the prior ownership. If it has high mileage but a great and thorough service history, that's a deal. 2. Size. It's a small car, probably the same size as a Toyota Corolla. If size is your main concern, look into the Lexus GS350, Same engine JUST BIGGER, AND I MEAN BIGGER! 3. Tires. The Lexus IS is know to go through tires quickly. Had to replace all at 12k miles, to address this issue, YOU MUST CHANGE the oem lower control arm bushings (LCA) bushings to the LEXUS IS-F RC-F Bushings that lexus sells. Ever since then, my tires have lasted longer and wear evenly! 4. Gas Mileage. This pony has just above 300hp. With that being said, 19mpg can be a pretty penny to pay, considering the fact that this car has a 17 gallon tank, using premium fuel. I average 15.9mpg cause of my heavy foot! 5. Sound System. I'm NOT kidding, If you're getting ANY type of Lexus! GET THE MARK LEVINSON PACKAGE! ITS A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!
