I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

He was the best salesman when I purchase my new 2023 IS 300 n 2.5 yrs later I came back to Pembroke Pines Lexus to purchase 2025 RX 350 F Sport cuz of his outstanding customer services ! Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

There was quick service. My appointment was on time. The assistant was attentive and gave great recommendations. The facility was nice and clean. I received a complimentary car wash as well.

Customer service was excellent. I test drove different vehicles to decide on the one I purchased and the salesman,Moises, was happy to explain the pros and cons of each vehicle

Test drove the IS 250..nice but the IS 350 F sport was superior with enhanced performance and more amenities. Interior and exterior had more unique characteristics with great markings. Sharp looking with all the bells and whistles..worth the extra cost

The touch screen made this car perfect. The Infrared color looks much better in person. The naturally aspirated 3.5 is great and will outlast the turbos in the competition.

Good service is a rarity in itself now in days, and me being in the service industry, i can tell when someone is really trying to please a costumer and when one is just going thru the motions. I asked for palomino interior for new lexus …sofia in Lexus Pembroke Pines found what I asked …she responded very fast and found it..it was still in shipment..she helped me put deposit and the car arrived within few days ..excellent experience very professional ,I will go back to them for our next purchase .
