Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

Went in on July 12th to trade in my old car, and the process was outright amazing. Freddie answered my questions for the most part. Suleman (I think that's his name) helped arrange financing in a deal that wouldn't break my budget each month. No high pressure sales tactics. And I got good trade-in value for my old car. Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

This car meets my needs. Enough power. The only items I should have gotten were blind spot monitor, and Homelink. It’s a great car to drive. It does however have blind spots that I installed convex mirror to the passenger side view mirror.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Found a 2017 NX 200t F-Sport-3 with all the toys including HUD Purchased it in Dec 2021 this one only had 9K miles, it still had the new car smell. Its fast, handles beautifully. it's a glider. I had the windows tinted and the calipers painted red. It's a one of a kind. This one outshines the newer ones.

I have owned this car for five years, and keeping up with required maintenance I have NEVER had any maintenance problems. This is the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It’s an F-sport, so gas mileage is OK, only complaint the gas tank is too small.

Best experience ever. Super helpful sales people making it possible to purchase our new Accord. The finance experience was excellent with everything explained to my understanding. My purchase at AutoNation was a friendly purchase and I wished I would have purchased our Ridgeline from AutoNation. I know I would have received a better deal at AutoNation.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

I am from Louisiana and was able to call and speak to a salesman, named Johnny. He was able to give me the bottom line price over the phone. Emailed me salesman invoice to verify. No change in price when I made the drive to Reliable Chevrolet. I would do it again
