downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Our Salesman was Orlando. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. After we purchased the car, he took time to explain all the extra features. He was easy to work with and made it a great experience for us. We love our Lexus. You should ask for Orlando for you want an experienced Salesman with your best interest at heart.

Making a big purchase such as a car can be a bit stressful and vulnerable having to talk through financial, credit etc. From the first phone call, Ken Z made me feel comfortable and excited about the possibilities of a new car.
