downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Francesca is a pleasure to deal with and handled our problems perfectly. She diagnosed the issue with the service team and made sure the problem was fixed properly. In addition she advised us of another issue and handled that very quickly. Communication was good and repairs were completely timely.
