I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I took my car in to Freeman Toyota for service and the folks were all very kind, helpful, and attentive. They even asked if I wanted my car washed! (Jaime did a great job and was very friendly!) Every time I have ever visited Freeman, for any reason, folks actually appear as though they like working at Freeman, and they act like it, too. Almost every time I arrive, I have been met at the door by some friendly fellow. Each of those friendly fellows has welcomed me, and opened the door for me. I've been to quite a few dealerships, in my time - before and after I bought a car from Freeman, all the folks have been really great! My salesmen, James Adu and Sam Scarlett are still very kind. I am so surprised that James still greets me... He KNOWS I'm going to ask him a question or two! He's always been very willing to help me, though! I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

The listing indicated the vehicle had been in an accident. I emailed the dealer asking for the details. I received a reply that did not address the accident. I renewed my request. I received another reply from a different agent that did not address the accident. I renewed my request again and this agent promptly sent me the Carfax. With lights set to automatic the high beam headlamps go on at night and off automatically when they sense a headlight coming toward me.
